1) About The Terms And Conditions
1.1. This blog, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, and any first party products sold from it, are products of, created by, and run by ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’.

1.2. By using ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’ you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not use ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’.

1.3. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’ will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’.

2) Author’s Disclaimer
2.1. First-off, all content – created by me – on this site represents my own philosophy, formed from my own experiences. My philosophy has changed over time, and will probably develop further, as you will see in its showcasing on this site. The philosophy on this site (at least in the beginning) is NOT of a man who has reached his goal; rather, it is of a man who is striving toward it. I may struggle for clarity in some of my work, as I try and capture the thoughts whizzing through my head. My early writings may seem garbled, emotion-fueled, angry and militant, but I leave them intact so we can see my progress. There may be flaws in my early arguments. But I will improve with growth. I speak the truth, and it may be right or wrong to you – that’s your choice. I think everyone to be selfish – they just don’t honour, understand or acknowledge it. I feel that everyone is different, and I respect that, but I don’t respect those that disrespect and lie to themselves by believing in – and celebrating – the invisible. I’m politically incorrect, I will use colourful language and talk about ’sensitive’ issues, all of which will seem ‘controversial’ by most people’s standards. If you take offence, again, that is your choice; I personally don’t subscribe to victim-hood. Just realise that if you DO choose to take offence, you’re admitting that you’re not strong enough to see another point of view. And that could be stopping your life’s progression… I employ tough love in my philosophy. Tough. Love. I’m not looking to just piss people off. On the contrary, my aim here is to help people (those that are OPEN to help) to stop prostituting their power away living life as an outside-blaming victim, and to ultimately grow a backbone, becoming the humans that they were born to become, that this world desperately needs, and not the opposite – currently encouraged – bred by the statists & mystics (fed by the strong) – weak, needy, and of no use to the human race. Everyone has spirit and power inside of them that they can harness to live their outrageous, sexy, selfish dreams and so ultimately leave this planet and the human race better than they found them. I’m waking people up from their energy-sucking existence. It’s time for a change. Time for us all. This site forms the first step in that mission of promoting ‘conscious living’. I’m looking for like-minded, selfish people to join me in my journey – people with nobility, energy, integrity, respect, creativity, passion and balls. Some may be further down the line than I, that I could learn from. Remember: selfishness is a good thing.

3) Restrictions On Use Of Our Online Materials
3.1. All online materials on ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, including, without limitation, text, software, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, photos, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, and music are copyrighted intellectual property. All usage rights are owned and controlled by ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’.

3.2. You, the visitor, may download online materials for non-commercial, personal use only provided you 1) retain all copyright, trademark and propriety notices, 2) you make no modifications to the materials, 3) you do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services, events or brands, and 4) you do not download quantities of materials to a database, server, or personal computer for reuse for commercial purposes.

3.3. You may not, however, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute online materials for any other purpose, in any way other than as stated in our Copyright Notice. Neither may you add, delete, distort or misrepresent any content on ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’. Any attempts to modify any online material, or to defeat or circumvent our security features is prohibited.

3.4. Everything you download, any software, plus all files, all images incorporated in or generated by the software, and all data accompanying it, is considered licensed to you by ‘Skochy Freedom’ or third-party licensors for your personal, non-commercial home use only. We do not transfer title of the software to you.

3.5. That means that we retain full and complete title to the software and to all of the associated intellectual-property rights. You’re not allowed to redistribute or sell the material or to reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise convert it to any other form that people can use.

4) Income And Affiliate Disclosure
4.1. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’, the owners of this blog, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, occasionally make recommendations or announcements – good or not – on this blog, for third party products, programs, services, people, organisations, blogs, websites, or podcasts, for which ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ may sometimes receive some kind of compensation for a sale, or a click, or a review, or a mention, in some form of remu­ner­a­tion, either finan­cially, or in kind. These recommendations will either be in the form of a link, box advert, or an image, and may be added manually, or with software, and may not always be identified as paid or sponsored. Sometimes these recommendations will be made without receipt of any compensation.

Recommendations or announcements may be made on the basis of personal experience or co-creation of the product, program, service, blog, website, podcast, OR upon its perceived value, the extent of which is weighted according to my personal judgment, and/or possible experience with – and knowledge of – the product owner. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ is not responsible for any action made by a viewer upon its product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service, and recommends any verification should be made with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.

4.7. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’, the owners of this blog, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, only make these recommendations if they are deemed worthy, and fitting for ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ make such recommendations if it fits with its mission of adding value to those that are exposed to it. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ reviews all potential affiliations before they are given space on this blog, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’. Any content that ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ publishes on this blog, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, is influenced by any advertiser.

4.11. Average and typical results are impossible to quantify, since they are not numeric, and, rather, are embodied and experienced, therefore proven to be immeasurable. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ makes no claim that any positive testimonials from customers on this blog, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, are the direct result of any content and products the customers has been exposed to on or from ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’.

4.12. Rather, ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ is convinced, that if the techniques showcased on ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’ are put into practise – at the time of writing, the positive experiences described can – in general – be experienced by those that choose to take the advice. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ stands by its advice, and is glad to try to help those that choose to consider the advice given.

4.13. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ does not force anyone to view the content on ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, and indeed, recognises that the average human being being exposed to the content on ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’ will have the will enough to choose to continue viewing or not. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ is not responsible for those, on being exposed to the content on ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, lacking the self-sufficiency enough to choose not to be exposed to it.

4.14. ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, being a product of ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’, which in turn is part of the ‘Skochy Ltd’ group of companies, were founded by ‘Scotty Stevens’, whose personal mission with said companies and their subsequent products is described in more detail at our About page. Understanding of the content of said page is mandatory in the acceptance of these Terms And Conditions.

4.15. On this blog, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, our Shop and Recommended pages include some – but maybe not all – those recommended first party and third party products, programs, services, people, organisations, blogs, websites, or podcasts mentioned on this blog. Further detail on the relationship between this blog, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’, ‘Skochy Ltd’ and ‘Scotty Stevens’ can also be found, there.

5) Data Protection
5.1. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ collects data from viewers and customers as per our Privacy Policy. This information is strictly for the use of ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’. At no time will this customer data ever be sold or passed on to 3rd party users. We respect the customers’ privacy and this information is kept in line with data protection regulations at all time.

5.2. All remarks, suggestions, ideas, graphics, comments, or other information that you send to ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ (other than information we promise to protect under our Privacy Policy becomes and remains our property, even if this agreement is later terminated.

5.3. That means that we don’t have to treat any such submission as confidential. You can’t sue us for using ideas you submit. If we use them, or anything like them, we don’t have to pay you or anyone else for them. We will have the exclusive ownership of all present and future rights to submissions of any kind. We can use them for any purpose we deem appropriate to our ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ mission, without compensating you or anyone else for them.

5.4. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any submission you make. This means that you (and not we) have full responsibility for the message, including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright.

6) Limitation Of Liability
6.1. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ will not be liable for any damages or injury that accompanies or results from your use of any part of ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’.

6.2. These include (but are not limited to) damages or injury caused by any:
Use of (or inability to use) our site, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’;
Use of (or inability to use) any site to which you hyperlink from our site;
Failure of our site to perform in the manner you expected or desired;
Error on our site;
Omission on our site;
Interruption of availability of our site;
Defect on our site;
Delay in operation or transmission of our site;
Computer virus, bug or line failure.

6.4. Please note that we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’ – regardless of the form of action, including (whether such damage or losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
Loss of data;
Loss of revenue or anticipated profits;
Loss of business;
Loss of opportunity;
Loss of goodwill or injury to reputation;
Losses suffered by third parties;
Loss or injury;
Damages reasonably expected to result from a loss or injury (known in legal terms as ‘consequential damages’);
Other miscellaneous damages and expenses resulting directly from a loss or injury (know in legal terms as ‘incidental damages’);
We are not liable even if we’ve been negligent or if our authorised representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages or both.

6.5. Exception: laws in certain areas may not allow us to limit or exclude liability for these ‘incidental’ or ‘consequential’ damages. If you live in one of those areas, the above limitation obviously would not apply, which would mean that you might have the right to recover these types of damages.

6.6. However, in any event, our liability to you for all losses, damages, injuries, and claims of any kind and every kind (whether the damages are claimed under the terms of a contract, or claimed to be caused by negligence or other wrongful conduct, or they’re claimed under any other legal theory) will not be greater than the amount you paid – if anything – to access this site, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’.

7) Termination
7.1. This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time, by destroying all materials obtained from this site, ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you, if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials. In addition, by providing material on our web site, we do not in any way promise that the materials will remain available to you. And ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ is entitled to terminate all or any part of ‘The Scotty Stevens Show’ without notice to you.

8) Jurisdiction And Other Points To Consider
8.1. If you use our site from locations outside of the U.K., you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

8.2. These Terms And Conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any action you, any third party or we, bring to enforce the Terms And Conditions, or in connection with any matters related to this web Site, shall be brought only in the courts of England and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.

8.3. To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ and/or its affiliates’ intellectual property rights, ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any area/state or crown court in the U.K., and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

9) Disputes
9.1. If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: London, England. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

9.2. If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: London, England. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

9.3. ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ may modify these Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the ENTIRE agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed.

9.4. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, as amended, is expressly excluded.

10) General
10.1. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any county or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

10.2. The failure or delay of ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’ to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive ‘Skochy Freedom Ltd’s’ right to enforce that right.
